In China a single kilogram of mulberry raw silk yarn will cost you between $28 to $60 depending on the quality and the amount, the more you purchase the less the price will be and it will go up with quality, however, if you want to buy processed silk goods right away, the kilogram of the raw silk fabric will be somewhere between $75 and $85.
On the Indian side, a single kilogram of the mulberry raw silk yarn will cost you between $55 and $105 depending on the quality and quantity of your purchase as mentioned above, and for the processed type, a 60“ x 60“ or 1.5 x 1.5 m of raw silk fabric will cost you between $35 and $60.
